Sooo I decided to journey across the world, searching for answers in other places, finding myself remaining unfulfilled and disconnected...
BECAUSE WHAT I WAS SEEKING COULD ONLY BE FOUND WITHIN :)
Only when I discovered Reiki & somatic work did I AWAKE to my own sacred spirituality & divinity - and healing journey.
Drudging up the past was heavy and dark, and sometimes more unimaginably difficult...
What I would tell Grace in the darkest of winters, and what I want you to know about deep spiritual healing is that while the process can be challenging and painful... it is toward true liberation - where in the process you are learning how to be completely FREE!
Free from the delusion of victimhood.
Free from the deception of settling.
Free from the darkness of old wounds.
Free to be my authentic self - on every level.
Free to be the only authority & decision-maker in my life.
Free to be fully creative, joyful, loving, peaceful & seen.
...and studied & practiced & led & created some more ;)

I am a Reiki Master and Yoga Instructor with training in Yoni Steaming, Kundalini, and Tantra. I am an experienced facilitator and educator, leading over 50+ women’s empowerment workshops, events, and programs. I am passionate about creating space for you to connect to the Divine Feminine, deepen self-knowledge and understanding, and activate your voice, power, and potential through full self-expression.
In my spiritual journey, I discovered the power of embodiment and pleasure practices to strengthen my connection to my sacral chakra and heal my relationship with the Divine Feminine. It is through honoring my sacred sexuality and embodying my entire self that I learned how to witness, honor, and move through energies held in my body with unconditional love. I am devoted to holding space for you to do the same.
I am so grateful and honored to serve you. In creating this sacred container for deep self-reflection and self-devotion, I lead reiki, embodiment, & yoni steaming sessions that invite you to intuitively connect with your body. By holding the intention to transform and awaken to your connection to your sacred feminine essence, you will experience positive shifts in your relationship to yourself, soul, and source.
