Each session is works with your energy system to provide purification, healing, empowerment and divine guidance. 

When you consciously awake to your body through intention, awareness, and movement, you activate its ability to heal and transmute energy. 

Embodiment sessions utilize the method of using the unique sensations of our body as a tool to self-regulate, feel whole, find balance, feel connected, know yourself, love yourself and be empowered. 

Yoni steaming is an ancient practice to honor and care for the female reproductive system. 

Yoni (“sacred space”in Sanskrit) steaming allows you to reverently & consciously connect with your sacral authority, improving your menstrual cycle, supporting overall uterine health, & clearing different toxins & congestion from your womb. 

Engaging in this practice is a way to reclaim and embody our sacred feminine essence.

All services are offered virtually using Zoom. However, you may request an in-person session if you are located in Charleston, SC for an additional $33 fee (covering time and cost of transportation).
